Manila Electric Company or Meralco is the largest power distribution utility in the Philippines, gaining 9,685km² franchised area. It aims to be the main provider of total energy solutions, servicing to more than 6 million Filipinos for 115 years now. Being one of the oldest and biggest company in the country, it is always innovating, striving for modernization to achieve a world-class customer service. Since for the last two consecutive years Philippines was strike by a series of natural calamities, the company had to be responsive and quick for electrical restoration and rehabilitation. So on 2016, they awarded the Supply of Mobile Generator Sets to FMIDC. FMIDC offered Pramac generator set to comply with their mobile application and higher load for backup redundancy around Meralco Center allotted for Lopez Building, Meralco Powerhouse, Technical Services Building and Meralco Orange Fit Center.
